Should cellphones be allowed in School?
There are many good things about cell phones but, there are bad things too. It is good because when you need to call your parents during an emergency. But, it is bad because they can be used to cheat on test. Also they could also be used to spread rumors about people. Also people at school can get help during an emergency. Even though most people think that cell phones shouldn't be used in school I think that they should be allowed.
Even if you can keep your eye on your phone or you put it in a safe spot you could still get it stolen and people would start stealing more if cell phones were allowed in school. Most people say that phones can be undisruptive by putting them on silent or on vibrate but, people could spread rumors about people so they could spread rumors. Most people say that cell hones can be used to call parents in a emergency or if something important happened but, you could ask an adult to use their cell phone but, most of the time you can't even use your sell phone in class.
Some say that you would need a phone to call your parents at school to get picked or if you didnt get your homework. If you wanted to call your parents you could just go to the main office and ask to call your parents. If you forgot to get the homework you could just use your parents or home phone to call your friend. Even during an emergency such as an earthquake you could just ask an adult, but even during an emergency you usually wouldn't be calling anyone.
In conclusion cell phones shouldn't be allowed in school because that they are big distractions in class. Also that they could be used to cheat in class or used to spread rumors about people. People don't really need a phone to contact parents because ou could ask an adult or you could just go to the main office to ask to call your parents. Even though some people say that cell phones don't have to be disruptive people could be disrutive with them showing people their phones and not paying attention in class. Cell phones shouldn't be allowed in school!

Cellphones in school!!! Cell phone help children feel more responsible because they have a expensive piece of machinery in their had. That is what happened to me. They will feel more important and happy that you got them a phone. The parent will feel more relaxed that their child is contactable. The child can also call the adult back if they need help. They are helpful in emergencies. Phones also look cool and are helpful. they should be aloud in school.
There are really helpful in emergencies. At Andrew Carnegie Middle School, the school I go to, there is always kids that forgot to bring their clothes. Then they have to run a mile. If children are aloud to use phones they would be able to call their parent to come and drop of their clothes. Then they wouldn't have to run a mile. Also many parents feel safer that they can contact their child to make sure okay. Many of the parents of my friends put trackers in the phones to make sure where they are. like to see if at school or somewhere else. At Carnegie clothes may get dirty, child may need a signature for something important, for got book or homework, and may also feel sick. For all these problems the child can just call the parent to come.
The child being able will to use it during class will show that the teacher trust the student which will make him feel responsible. Being responsible will make him do homework. Letting children use phones could raise the percentage of home work turned in. That will raise the child's grade. Which make schools look smarter. Then the district will give them more money to renew school property. That will make every body happy. Then the kids going tom the school will have a higher chance of getting into collage and being successful. They will help the world. Then the world will be smarter. Letting cellphone in school can make the world a better place.
Phones aren't all good they can also be disruptive or used as a tool to cheat but you will notice if was cheating. If phone goes of then just ask child to put on vibrate.
